Got a call from a woman saying she was with BT Openreach, telling me my router was having issues. She said "hello mam" which was odd since I’m a bloke. When I asked who she wanted, she just said "Laurie." At that point, I knew it was a dodgy call and hung up. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.
