I didn’t recognise the number, so I opted not to pick up the call. It’s not saved in my contacts, you see.

I received a call from this number at 10:15 on the 19th of June 2023. An uncertain Asian gentleman introduced himself as John, claiming to represent Currys and promoting a rather enticing 40% off new mobile phones. He then requested my current phone's model number, to which I promptly declined and hung up. I highly suspect this is a scam, as it's quite unlikely that Currys would operate in such a dubious fashion.

Received a call claiming to be from O2, supposedly to provide me with a reduction on my monthly charges. They mentioned transferring me to another department, but I ended the call instead. It had quite the dodgy ring to it!

Received a call at 10:15 this morning. An individual with an Asian accent introduced himself as John from Currys, claiming they had a fantastic 40% off deal on new mobile phones. He requested the model of my current handset, but I declined to provide that information and hung up. It’s hard to believe Currys operates in such a manner.

I received a call from this number, and when I picked up and greeted with a 'hello,' I was met with a robotic voice that simply said 'goodbye' before the line went dead. I've since blocked the number.

I received a message from them pretending to be O2, which was quite worrisome and clearly a fraudulent attempt.

I reckon this is dodgy as well. My mother picked up, and they immediately requested our address. They should surely have that info on hand. When they rang me, they claimed they were from a company called 3.

I received a call from this number, and it seemed they were trying to reach my mum but ended up getting me instead. I suspect it was a scam. There was utter silence on the line for about half a minute before they just hung up.

I received a call from this number, with the caller claiming to be from the 3 network inquiring about my details. When I didn’t respond-curious to catch any background sounds-the chap became quite hostile, hurling expletives at me, saying something quite rude like “F… you, madam!” How uncouth!
