I got a call from this number around 10.15 on 19/06/23. The guy on the line had a sort of hesitant tone, said his name was John and claimed he was ringing from Currys about some deal with 40% off on mobile phones. When he asked for the model number of my phone, I told him I wasn’t comfortable sharing that and hung up straight away. Seems pretty obvious to me this is some sort of scam since I can’t imagine Currys doing business like that.

A person rang me claiming to be from O2, trying to offer me a discount on my bill. They said they'd connect me to another team, but I just hung up. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call at around 10.15am from a bloke with an Asian accent, said his name was John and claimed to be ringing from Currys about a 40% off deal on new mobiles. He then asked me what model of phone I had. Told him I wasn’t interested in giving that info and just hung up. Seems unlikely Currys would go about selling like that in my opinion.

I got a call from this number and as soon as I picked up and said hello, some kind of robot voice said goodbye and ended the call. I've since blocked it.

I got a text that looked like it was from O2, which seemed really dodgy to me - it’s probably some kind of scam.

Sounds dodgy to me aswell, my mum picked up and they began asking for where we live. Surely theyd have that info already. When they rang me, they said there were 3 of them.

Got a call and it seemed like they were trying to reach my mum, but I was the one who answered. Felt like a scam to me. They just stayed quiet for about half a minute, then hung up.

Got a call from this number, they said they were from 3 network asking about my contacts. I wasn’t answering properly since I was trying to catch any sounds in the background. Suddenly, the guy got really rude and started swearing at me, saying something like “F... you mam!” Proper unpleasant experience.
