He was in fits of laughter before realising I was on the other end of the line. The moment I asked which company he represented, his tone shifted significantly and he became quite curt. When I inquired how he expected to assist me without knowing who my insurer was, he retorted, "How should I know that?" It was utterly baffling! I pointed out that if he was indeed from the renewal team, surely he ought to be aware of my provider. His response?
