2 yearsThere was a bit of a pause when I picked up, she asked if I could hear her properly, very pleasant sounding lady, she said yes, I said yes back. Then a long pause again, she introduced herself as Sam from Doors & Windows and asked if I was the homeowner. I said no, there was another long pause and then I just ended the call.Sam3 yearsThere was nobody there when I answered the phone.4 yearsThese lot have been ringing me every day for nearly 2 weeks now. They never bother to leave a voicemail, otherwise I’d just tell them to buzz off. They call as early as 8 in the morning and as late as 9 at night. Whenever I’m ready to give them a piece of my mind, I’m usually stuck at work so can’t pick up. From now on, I’m gonna block them on my phone, hopefully that’ll stop these annoying scams once and for all.4 years02382547266 keeps ringing me on my phone, like 4 or 5 times daily. Told them to remove my info but they keep ringing me about 4 or 5 times daily. I’ve had to block the number now. Pretty sure they grabbed my details from Facebook or something.Facebook6 yearsMissed a ring from Southampton.Southampton7 yearsthose annoying phone sales calls9 yearsThis number rang me yesterday and I went through pretty much the same thing as others have described. The caller told me to turn off my speakerphone as he claimed he couldn't hear me properly. I said I did, but actually hadn’t - didn’t want anyone else to hear. Despite that, he insisted he could hear me clearly. Things got aggressive when I refused to give them £500. I contacted BT who also thought they were scammers. They called again today - don’t trust or deal with them.BT9 yearsHad a dodgy call claiming they needed to sort out an issue with my firewall. I'm not falling for that nonsense! Watch yourselves, everyone!9 yearsReceived a call on my landline at 4:38 p.m. on the 31st of March. The caller didn’t say a word. I just had a call from the number mentioned above. The chap on the line, who had a distinctly American twang, identified himself as Anthony from a so-called "Service Centre". He had my name, which set off alarm bells, particularly as we'd visited a Service Station near Hamble in Southampton just last weekend. To make matters more suspicious, there was a noticeable lag on the line that hinted he could be phoning in from overseas. Consequently, we decided to end the call and let it drop!AnthonyCentreStationHambleSouthampton9 yearsjust got a missed call from this number on my phone so i looked it up - lucky i did!! either they're running low on ppl to rip off in the UK or trying their luck abroad at night because i’m based in australia!UKAustralia9 yearsGot a call from some bloke in America saying my Windows 10 update had failed and kept showing errors.
