Got a call from some bloke claiming to be an energy advisor. He started asking about loft insulation, saying it was for people “in my postcode area.” Then he insisted the “homeowner” was me - I just told him he was probably right. He barely seemed to care and went on about how some loft insulation apparently causes damp issues around “my postcode.” When I asked him if he actually knew the postcode, he got all dodgy and began mumbling something about his manager. Suddenly, the call just dropped like someone was listening in and ended it right there!

The chap on the other end introduced himself as John and went on to ask if I still have a driveway at my residence. As soon as he mentioned it, I ended the call-completely baffled!
