I dialed 1471 and noticed it started with '81', which made me think it was from the hospital since I’d left a message on a number beginning with '81' the day before. I pressed '3' to call back straight away and was met with a rushed voice saying, "All operators are currently busy, please hold and we’ll get to you soon," so I just ended the call.
