I've repeatedly asked them to take my number off their list, yet they keep ringing back as if I hadn't said a word. What's more, they insist they’ve never contacted me before! I've been registered with the TPS for ages, but it appears that doesn't bother them in the slightest. They ring from a local Southampton number, but I’ve got a hunch they’re actually in a call centre somewhere in Rochdale.

They claim to be based in Rochdale, yet their number is connected to a local Southampton area code - strange, right? The caller identifies himself as Matt... or so he says!
