I didn’t pick up since the number was unfamiliar. When the answerphone came on, they hung up without saying anything.

When I ring a number and it's actually who I wanted, I'm fine if the person on the other end sounds Asian. But if some weird number calls me out of nowhere and I pick up to hear Asian accents, I just tell them "No thanks" and quickly hang up, then block the number straight away.

I didn’t pick up, so I’m not sure who was trying to reach me. Although I’ve had a lot of calls lately from 023 numbers and from what I can tell, the people on the other end speak with Indian accents and sound like they’re in a call centre.
