Got a call about some TV service thing, said I had a discount dropping the fee from £7 to £5 yearly. They claimed Virgin handles it through another company. The bloke first said his name was Josh, then suddenly said it was Johnny. Total rubbish and a proper hassle. Don't waste your time with them. On top of that, he was really rude, even making some awful homophobic comments. Not impressed at all.

They said someone would come fix my telly in a day - yeah, right! He passed me an extension and said his name was "Johnny". When I asked why an Asian bloke would be called Johnny, he just went silent. Couldn't help myself, so I had a laugh and told him to bugger off. If you're up for a laugh, keep them talking as long as you can. Good fun, honestly. Cheers!
