Got a call from a firm apparently conducting surveys about loft insulation. They reckoned my fibreglass had to be replaced and mentioned some government grant. I did a bit of digging and then called them back to say that didn't sound right. They told me they were just doing surveys around my local area, which seemed odd since they contacted me on my mobile and clearly didn’t even know where I lived.
