got a random call from some guy going on about cavity wall insulation or solar panels or something like that. he kept banging on for a good while. i was just planning to let him finish so i could tell him to remove my number from their list, but the signal was rubbish where i was and the call cut out before i could say anything.

The chap prattled on for what felt like an eternity with his rehearsed spiel. I thought I’d just let him ramble on before I finally told him to remove my number from their records. However, I was in a spot with a sketchy signal, and just as I was gearing up to have my say, the call cut off abruptly. Typical, isn’t it?
