The guy on the other end told me that banks have been instructed that they haven’t paid out PPI when they should have, and he was going to send me a new claim form so I could try to get any PPI I might qualify for. He did know my name and address already, and asked if I had middle names and my date of birth, which I told him. He then inquired if I had any credit or debit cards, and when I asked why, I said it wasn’t relevant and just asked if he could simply post me the new claim form.
