I received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be from BT Openreach. They mentioned something about setting up a firewall on my internet in light of hacker threats and pried into my internet banking details. The caller insisted I keep my phone handy. However, when I asked for their number to return the call, they abruptly disconnected. Quite the suspicious encounter!
