I couldn’t catch the name since the caller struggled with English, kept mumbling when I asked what company he was from. After a few attempts of asking for the name, I just said I never heard of them and they ended the call. Shame really - I had some spare time and probably could’ve confused him a bit more. From what I gather, these phone calls come from a set of numbers beginning with 023054. I’ve been called by them from 7555, 7845, and just today, 8885.

Got another annoying call today. The person just sat there for ages, then finally spoke my name before hanging up. It's so irritating! I'm thinking of getting one of those air horns to blast down the phone when this happens. I've got a whole list of these scam numbers now. If the phone companies won’t sort it out, at least we can make sure these callers get the message loud and clear with a bit of noise!
