Loads of calls every day from numbers like 0230 454****, including 02304547775. They claim to be from some 'Lifestyle' firm. I've explained I'm not interested, asked them to take me off their list, told them the person they want doesn't live here anymore, and even told them to bugger off. This company is really starting to wind me up. A while back, the calls stopped after a bunch of them, but now they're back again. Can't something be done to stop this?

They call me up quite often and the voice changes between an Asian guy and an Asian lady. They always say they're from some kind of 'lifestyle' company and somehow know my name. Whenever I tell them I’m not keen or ask what they actually want, they just hang up on me. Honestly, I’m getting tired of them. They’re really stubborn, so I’m starting to think about making a big fuss or maybe even blowing a whistle the next time they ring.

Got a call from this number earlier today. The bloke said he was with some company called Life something and had my name, address and phone number. I asked him where he’d found all my details and he said it came from some survey. I told him my number was ex-directory and asked again how he got my address. He suddenly went quiet and ended the call. Tried ringing back and it said the number doesn’t exist anymore. They called me at about 10:06.

Would love to find out who’s been ringing me so I can tell them to quit it. Lots of calls this week, mainly after 3 in the afternoon. When I pick up, there’s silence, and if it goes to voicemail, they never leave a message. My phone won’t block the number unless I pay extra for the service, which is pretty frustrating since I shouldn’t have to pay just to avoid these annoying calls. I get multiple calls every day from this annoying number. Sometimes they appear as ‘private number’ or other numbers that sound just like this one, making me think it’s some call centre from India. They usually ask for my name and I just hang up straight away. Today I accidentally picked up and told them to stop ringing me. The person was really rude and said “don’t waste my time, bye!” before hanging up. I block every number they show, but my local hospital also comes up as private number, so I have to answer those calls. I tried leaving my answerphone on so the annoying calls hang up, but my number’s just one digit off the local cat and dog shelter’s number, so I get loads of messages from people who dial wrong and don’t listen to my recorded message. Feels like there’s no winning here...
