The bloke claimed he was calling from BT’s technical support and said there were issues with my internet, which is nonsense because everything’s fine on my end. When I challenged him, he started swearing at me, and honestly the things he said were filthy and totally inappropriate, especially considering I’m a woman. I can't believe someone would let these people work for them. He gave me a name that was hard to catch, sounded like he had a strong Pakistani accent.
