I keep getting calls from this number, as well as another similar one, more times than I can count each day. They usually begin their barrage around 11 in the morning, and yesterday, I was pestered five times in total! Thankfully, I have BT Call Guardian set up, so they disconnect before ringing the main line, but it still manages to ring my upstairs phone, which is a right nuisance. Today, I’ve gone ahead and blocked both numbers that were troublesome yesterday, and I truly hope that does the trick! What an absolute pain in the neck!

Received a call from this number earlier today around eleven o'clock. They claimed to represent the Telephone Preference Blocking Service. The individuals on the line, who went by the names “Brad” and “Ryan,” had rather thick foreign accents and were lacking in finesse when it came to pulling off this scam! Got a call from someone with an Asian accent who said he was Peter Smith and offered to help me stop annoying calls. I told him I’d be blocking him instead. Some bloke called Frank, or at least that’s what he claimed, rang me. I found it a bit odd since he had a thick Asian accent. He said he was from the Telephone Preference Service and could stop all unwanted calls. I cheekily asked if that counted for his own calls too. He lost his temper quite badly, dropping a load of cuss words. I couldn’t help myself and just burst out laughing. That seemed to piss him off even more, and in the end, he just hung up on me.
