Over the past couple days, got calls at 11:49 in the morning, then 12:22 around lunch, also 4 in the afternoon and 6:14 in the evening. I've got an answerphone and usually they just hang up if I don't pick up. I've signed up with TPS and use silent guard too. Really just want these calls to stop, they’re such a pain.

I’ve had this number ringing non stop for days now. Finally picked up today and some woman with an accent I couldn’t place said she was from home choices and wanted to ask me some questions. I told her I wasn’t up for answering anything. She insisted it was only five quick questions but I was firm and asked to be taken off their contact list. Next thing I know, she just cuts me off! Brilliant, really. Fingers crossed that’s the end of it now.

They kept calling me all day - once in the morning, then around lunch, and again mid-afternoon. The first two calls were just dead silence, no one speaking. On the third try, I got a woman with an accent I couldn't place who waited a few seconds before asking for me by my last name! I just hung up straight away. At exactly 6:25 pm, I often get calls from this number. I did a quick search online and found out the code is from another country. The caller never identifies themselves and it's definitely not a call I asked for.

I've had a few calls today from numbers almost identical to this one, but they usually begin with 00. From what I've found, these annoying calls are from a group calling themselves Home Survey Group. Every time the phone rings and I pick up, there's just silence on the other end. Does anyone know how to block them if they use a local UK number instead of those 00 ones?

I got a call around 6:11 this evening, and when I said hello, all I got was some daft hello back in a weird voice, then they hung up straight away. Probably just some daft person with nothing useful to do.
