Got a call from 0212404670 saying money had been taken from my account and that they were going to take more soon.

Got a call today from 02115469821 claiming to be my electric company. The number wasn't the one I have for them, so I said I'd ring back on the official contact I know. They just hung up on me! When I tried calling that number again, there was no answer at all.

Got calls from a 020 number about some Amazon activity, like three times between yesterday and early today. Been going on for a few months now, really annoying.

021 1384 5527 - Got a robotic voicemail pretending to be from BT IT saying they’d been trying to reach us?!? The message said there’s been “suspicious” activity on our landline and they’ll cut off our service unless we reply. First off, if they'd been trying to call, why haven’t we gotten any other calls recently apart from this one? Also, BT wouldn’t leave a recorded message like that - they’d speak to you directly. And why would BT IT be calling? It’s usually their customer service dept!

02155151976 kept calling me with an automated voice, saying they were from Amazon and wanted to confirm an order worth more than £1000. Definitely sounded fishy.

02151315692 called my landline with a recorded message, rang me 3 times within a few hours saying they had been trying to reach me about my internet. They warned my internet was about to be disconnected. It said to press a number to talk to someone to fix it.

‭021 6968 1423‬ UK Got a call saying my internet was used for illegal stuff and it’ll be disconnected in 24 hours. They told me to press one to speak to someone then just hung up! Just a heads up, looks like loads of others have had the same call so best not to pick up👍

Got three calls over a few days from different numbers all beginning with 021. The first couple of times it was dead air. Today, an Asian woman came on the line - didn’t let her speak much, but I swear she started mentioning BT before I cut her off saying I don’t deal with phone calls like that and hung up. From now on, I’m ignoring all calls starting 021 and blocking them too, even though they always use different numbers!

So at 10:36, this 02131886863 number rang a Devizes phone. Some bloke with an Indian accent said he was Nick Smith from BT Openreach and mentioned weird stuff happening on my internet. Honestly, I find these calls quite entertaining. I pretend not to understand and act a bit difficult just to waste their time until they eventually quit.

02131886863 rang a Devizes phone at 10:36 this morning. A man with an Indian accent said he was Nick Smith from BT Openreach, talking about some dodgy stuff on my broadband. I actually enjoy these calls, I pretend to be clueless and a bit difficult, just to waste their time till they hang up. Then at 12:30, 02183306919 called with an automated message about Amazon Prime. Definitely another scam. Seems like they're having a busy day!

02108 281467 rang a landline in Harrogate around 2pm on 27/07/2020. I didn’t answer cause I didn’t recognise it. I think it might be linked to those Amazon Prime scams I've had loads of over the last year. I did look up something on Amazon last week, so maybe thats why.

Got a call saying my Amazon Prime subscription was about to renew for £79.99 and to press 1 to confirm. I don’t even have Amazon Prime, so it was obvious a scam and I just ended the call.

Got a call from 02180093400 a bit ago, but when i picked up, no one was there, just silence. Looks like it could be one of those auto dialer thingies.

Got a call from 02104052597 with a recorded message about some illegal stuff linked to my broadband. They told me to press 1 to avoid being cut off in a day. The call just ended after that. This is the third time this week I’ve had similar calls, one even said there was £600 being sent abroad and to press 1 to stop it. Be careful and just disconnect straight away!

Just got a call from 02189789002 at 11:04 on 11/4/20, and I’m wondering if it’s some kind of scam? Doesn’t seem like a UK number, and I couldn’t find any info about it anywhere. I ended up hanging up straight away while they were leaving a message, didn’t even say anything back.

Heads up, 02188003019 just rang my landline which is ex directory and listed on the telephone preference service. It went straight to my answerphone, then some foreign voice told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 for other questions. Total scam, watch out!

Got called 9 times in 3 days from 021 numbers, all of em blocked now. They claimed to be from BT but talked with strange foreign accents, telling me to press 1. I just held the phone sideways so they’d be the ones payin for the call, then ended it quick.
