I received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to represent O2. They were attempting to entice me with a supposed 40% reduction on my existing contract. To my surprise, they requested that I verify a security code that had supposedly been sent my way. When I informed him that I didn’t even have an account with O2, he abruptly ended the call. Do yourself a favour and block this sneaky con artist!

I received a dodgy call that was masquerading as O2, claiming they had a special offer to reduce my billing plan. They attempted to trick me into revealing my security code by asking me to read out the message they’d supposedly sent to my phone. Definitely a scam!
