This caller was rather evasive, never bothered to state who they were representing and kept sidestepping my queries about their company. All they wanted to do was push me into upgrading my plan for a shiny new iPhone 13. When I kindly declined and tried to end the conversation, they insisted, “Hold on, madam, what’s bothering you?” Honestly, just hang up right away!
