Got a call from a London area code, but after a little pause, an Asian guy answered with a ‘hello’. Feels like this number isn’t actually from the UK and they might be using some sort of interpretation service. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

Some bloke said he was ringing from Carphome warehouse. When I asked for more info, he just wouldn’t hear it and shoved me straight to some supervisor. That guy got proper nasty and started threatening me. Didn’t go down well when I started having a laugh at him and called him a peasant!

Somebody called me trying to get me to pay for stuff i never asked for, and honestly the person on the phone was really impolite. Plus the letter they posted looked totally dodgy to me.

Beware of this scam. I've received calls from at least three different numbers beginning with 0208 954... all pretending to be O2, saying I can get 30% off my monthly bill. They try to get your personal info, but if you give it, they’ll mess with your account - changing your password, locking you out, and even placing orders for phones with a different delivery address. Don’t fall for it!
