What a con! If you try ringing the number back, it doesn't go through.

So I picked up the phone, and at first there was this really deep voice clearing his throat. Then out of nowhere, he switched to this squeaky voice trying to copy me saying "hello" over and over before just hanging up. The whole thing lasted about 13 seconds, I think. Quite weird, honestly!
