Got a call from someone saying they were from Carphone Warehouse, mentioning all sorts of networks like EE, O2, and Vodafone. But as far as I know, Carphone Warehouse only works with EE and Vodafone. They tried selling me the newest Samsung rubbish phone for £20 a month. When I asked if it was a scam, the bloke actually admitted it! Definitely steer clear and block that number!

Got a call from someone called Annie, said she was from 02, but I think it was one of those India call centres. She was trying to pitch some free minutes deal or something. I hung up and blocked the number straight away. Tried calling back and it just sounded like a fax machine buzzing. Definitely dodgy.

i picked up and there was a pause then a weird muffled sound before it suddenly cut off. i’ve blocked the number now.
