Got a call earlier that sounded dodgy, claimed to be from Three with some great iPhone offer. Could barely hear what they were saying because there was loads of noise and shouting in the back. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

A chap rang me up, saying he was representing PC World, touting some extraordinary offers on Apple phones and contracts. He convinced me that I could score a deal, slashing my tariff from £20 down to a mere £2 monthly. If only it were always that simple! I can only imagine the sort of trickery they’d pull where you hand over your bank details for a phone and plan that don’t even exist, only for them to empty your account before you know it.

I keep receiving calls from this number, and every time I answer, there’s utter silence before they just hang up. It’s got all the hallmarks of a spam call, if you ask me.

Received a call claiming to be from O2, offering a delightful 30% discount on my bill for a year. However, they proceeded to request all my personal information. Definitely a scam, beware!

Annoying phone calls. I wouldn’t bother picking up, since the number doesn’t look familiar. I've received around four of these irritating calls just in the past few days.
