Unfortunately, the connection was awful, and I missed a chunk of their spiel. They then started quizzing me about my device, but I didn't quite catch what they were after, so my answer was rather vague. It felt like they sussed I was onto them because they abruptly ended the call shortly after. To be honest, none of my genuine service providers would reach out like that; I'm fairly certain it was just another scam attempt trying to peddle some dodgy service for my phone.
