I got a call from a robotic voice claiming they were from my internet company. They told me my IP address had been hacked by multiple countries and said I needed to press "1" to speak with their tech team before they'd cut off my internet. Sounded really dodgy to me.

Bloody idiots rang me at 9:03 this morning. Since the number wasn’t saved in my contacts, I just blocked it straight away. You’d think by now they’d understand that most folks block unknown numbers these days, but maybe they’re just too daft to catch on.

i picked up the phone about 9.24 this morning and just said hello. there was silence for a bit and then whoever it was, maybe a bot or a person, just ended the call. perhaps it was some kind of dialer trying to catch if someone answers with a voice.
