Got a call from someone claiming they were with BT, saying my internet speed was too slow. When I told them I wasn’t a BT customer, the caller quickly switched to saying they were from BT Openreach. Thing is, BT Openreach never contacts customers directly; they only deal with the providers. So this was definitely a dodgy call, probably a scam meant to get into my PC, but luckily I didn’t let them get anywhere near that.
