I received a call from someone claiming to be David from BT. He was rattling on about a plethora of offers - refunds on my phone bills, complimentary landline services, the lot! When I cheekily asked, “Is this some sort of scam?” he could barely contain himself and abruptly ended the call, exclaiming, “Oh, good grief!” Just goes to show, doesn’t it?
