Got a call from some bloke saying he was Microsoft and asking about our laptop. He even knew our last name and wanted to find out who the main user was. I wasn’t having any of it, and when I refused to co-operate, the guy lost it and shouted “F**k off, b****” before slamming down. What a charming fellow.
