I got a call from a lady who said she was with BT Broadband. She told me that BT had detected loads of people using my internet and that my private and bank details might be in danger. She asked me to switch on my computer so they could remotely access it and fix the issue. I didn't waste a second, ended the call straight away and put the number on block.
