I hung up and decided to check the number online, only to find out it actually belongs to a charity shop. When I rang back, a lady from the shop answered. Seems like the call centre might be using some kind of number spoofing or cloning. Definitely be cautious if they’re trying to hide their real number - it feels a bit dodgy!
