Got a voicemail saying the Energy Performance Regulator warned them about some yellow fluffy stuff in my attic! Thing is, I never got an EPC and also, I don’t even have an attic! I tried asking who this Energy Performance Regulator was, but then the call ended right away. Definitely sounds like a scam to me if you get a call like this!
