I got a silent call earlier, and even after I put the phone down, the line kept showing busy, like the person was still there. Had to cancel and hang up a couple of times before the busy signal finally went away. Quite annoying!

Got a robo call this morning saying I'm about to be arrested for major tax fraud and my passport is being taken away. Thing is, I haven’t done anything like that - sounds like just some bot randomly dialling numbers. Seriously shook me up though, especially first thing on a boring Monday morning. If you get a call like that, don’t press any buttons, just end the call straight away - it’s definitely a scam of some sort.
