I've been getting calls from this number quite often lately. A man with an Indian accent called, said his name was Stephen and claimed he worked for a family survey group, wanting to ask about my home. When I questioned where he found my number, he told me it was from a UK database. I told him my number was on the Telephone Preference Service to block unwanted calls, and he just ended the call.
