She claimed to be from Three, but I couldn’t make out what she was saying at all.

After I got a call from this number, I googled it and found it actually belongs to “Dr Gao Medical centre.” Doesn’t seem legit to me, especially since they have nothing to do with EE. Feels like a dodgy scam to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from EE offering a discount on my bill. They asked me how much I usually pay every month. I said if they’re really from EE, they should already have that info. Then they said it was just to check I’m the account holder. I work in customer service and that’s not how you verify someone. Told them to send an email if they’re genuine and didn’t share any detail with them.
