A few weeks back, I received a phone call from someone claiming that we were owed a significant amount of money by the banks due to charges accrued while being overdrawn. However, we found that quite hard to believe, as we've never actually gone into the red. This same number has rang us again twice this month, repeating the exact message. We certainly can’t share what my partner thought of that call, but let’s just say their response wasn’t very polite. Quite baffling, really!

Daniel, it's time to let this go. Any company demanding upfront cash via Ukash or Western Union is definitely dodgy. If anyone’s looking to recover funds from banks or firms that mis-sold PPI, they can do that without spending a penny. I recommend having a gander at the claim form on "Which" for straightforward guidance.

Hello Shamila, I just wanted to say that we completely understand the situation you're facing. Fortunately, we managed to get our reimbursement from the government, which totalled £6314 from the post office. Additionally, we received a refundable verification fee of £471. I've got to mention that Selton has been absolutely brilliant throughout this process, so I have every confidence that she'll be able to assist you as well.

I received a call from a gentleman named Mr. Javed, and the following day, another person with a strikingly similar voice but a different name reached out. They were mentioning an amount of £13,000 and requested that I pay them £1,500. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Earlier today, a caller identified themselves as Viky Kapoor and got in touch with us on our home phone. They claimed that there was an offer of £5200 waiting for us related to some bank insurance, but apparently there were hidden fees involved. To unlock this payment, we were told we needed to first send over £481. Following their instructions, we made our way to the post office to sort this out.
