To my dismay, the same chap rang me again earlier today (after doing a 1471, I discovered the number is 00199411241), calling himself from Michel Holdings and asserting that their head office was located on the second floor of Metropole Chambers, SA1 3RT - a rather dubious address of vacant offices.
