Seeing what others have said, I honestly can’t understand why anyone would pick up calls from numbers they don’t know. Seriously, if it’s not someone you recognise, just don’t bother answering. They said their name was Clearvision and that they're ringing about my O2 account. They said they could give me a better deal on my O2 mobile contract. When they asked to verify my email, I gave them the wrong one on purpose and they just dropped the call. I've blocked the number now.

They called me two days in a row just before 9 in the morning, with an Asian accent. They started by asking if I pay my phone bill through direct debit, then wanted me to confirm my postcode - which they had already told me earlier. I gave them a made-up one, and then they asked if I’d been getting loads of nuisance calls. They kept repeating the same question three or four times like they were trying to stretch the call on purpose.
