I saw a missed call from this number earlier on my phone and figured it was best to just block it straight away.

Got a call about a cheaper boiler service, but when I asked which firm he was with, he couldn’t name any. Didn’t even seem sure who he was trying to reach. Pretty obvious it was just another scam.

I got a call claiming to be from BT saying my internet would be disconnected because of some risky traffic levels. They told me to press 1 to speak with their tech team. Since I don’t even have a BT line, it was pretty clear this was a scam.
