Got a call from a man with an Asian accent claiming he was from Openreach. He said there was a problem with my internet and that he’d help me check my PC for faults. He told me to hit the Windows key and R together and have my computer ready so the “engineer” could guide me. When I kept asking him to prove who he was, he just said everything would make sense if I went along with it. I didn’t trust it and ended the call. Sounds like a scam attempt to me.
