Absolutely, what a complete farce! It feels like an utter drain on both time and finances. They have the audacity to request payment just to partake in their so-called training sessions, hinting that there's a remote chance of job placement. I can’t help but raise an eyebrow at their phrase "a contribution may be required." Over seven hundred quid for a so-called "contribution"? Is that really a suggestion or more of an ultimatum? Frankly, if we're going to fork out that kind of cash, we'd much prefer something legitimate and worthwhile, rather than dealing with folks who simply fling out a phone number.

The numbers 02087747709 and 02087747700 are also associated with Red Wood Futures, which makes them dubious as well. Wishing you all the best in avoiding any potential issues!

Absolute and total faff! These folks wanted a staggering 8,000 quid for a full plumbing course. What a ridiculous scam! I went all the way there, threw away my fuel money, and ended up with absolutely nothing to show for it.

I came across a position for a web designer which promised enticing pay and training opportunities. However, the only contact number they provided for the interview seemed rather dodgy. I can't shake the feeling that it’s all a ruse. First, they want you to fork out money for the so-called training, and only after that might they dangle a job in front of you. Sounds like a bit of a con to me!

I really appreciate your feedback! We nearly made it to the interview today, and I’m chuffed we found you online. Just a heads-up, there’s a plethora of free courses available if you give Google a whirl. While they might not be top-notch, at least we won’t have to trek all the way across London, and best of all, they come at no cost!

Absolutely, it's a complete and utter rip-off, isn't it? They seem to expect you to fork out cash just for the privilege of taking part in their so-called training programmes. And then they have the cheek to say something along the lines of "perhaps you'll be considered for employment." Honestly, what a farce! On top of that, they throw in phrases like "a contribution may be required" - but let's be real, we're talking about over £700 here! Is that really a “contribution”? It sounds more like a mandatory payment to me. If we're going to invest that sort of money, we'd much prefer to put it towards a legitimate course rather than waste it on individuals who can't even be bothered to provide more than a phone number.

We've got an interview lined up for a plumbing trainee position on Monday, but to be honest, I'm starting to think it's not worth my time. It all seemed a bit too perfect, and now I’m not so sure.

Honestly, it doesn't seem all that genuine, does it? It feels like there's something being concealed here. We reckon it might be an old ruse. Cheers, Julio!

Follower. Cheers for getting back to me. I can confirm we’re on the same page here. We’ve decided to give this a go ourselves since we’ve signed up and haven’t encountered any issues with their team, including the instructors. We’re gearing up to dive into the next phase of our learning shortly. I do hope that the program outlined in my contract genuinely aligns with the services they provide. Fingers crossed I'll land a job at the end of it all. Thanks again for your quick reply!

I'm genuinely relieved to have stumbled upon this information. I had been on a quest to find out more about Redwood, and it turns out these folks are indeed legitimate. Just after our interview, we received an email from them extending a scholarship offer with what they referred to as a "reduced contribution." It did sound quite enticing, I must admit. Nevertheless, we still harbour a few uncertainties. Your insights and experiences shared here have truly influenced our decision. It’s clear now that we're steering clear of this one. Much appreciated, everyone, for your guidance!

Absolutely! We came across that number in relation to a Trainee Plumber and Electrician course where you’re expected to chip in some cash or similar. Honestly, our dad thinks it's a bit dodgy, to be fair, and our mum's mentioned that these sorts of outfits are asking for around £700 for the training. Sounds a bit steep if you ask me!

Absolutely, we’re in complete agreement here. We had the paperwork and were about to proceed with the application, but then it struck us as rather odd that there’s no company name or logo to be found anywhere. The complete absence of any business information is rather peculiar. Plus, the job was listed for London, and considering we’re based in Cornwall, it doesn’t make any sense at all to publish this in The Sun. This feels more like a scam than a legitimate offer.

Cheers everyone for shedding some light on this company. To be honest, we're quite keen to delve into web design ourselves. Earlier today, we had an interview lined up, but it’s safe to say we’ve decided to give it a miss.

I recently tried reaching out to this number regarding internet design services, but I was greeted by a rather unrefined gentleman. His somewhat flippant and at times rudely dismissive manner made it clear that this wasn't a legitimate business opportunity. He did mention the company's name was Redwood and even gave me an address in Croydon. However, upon further investigation, I discovered that the actual Redwood is situated in central London and has no affiliation with these dodgy individuals selling 'train at home' schemes. Quite the misleading setup!

What a ruse this has turned out to be! You fork out a small fortune for training that could easily be obtained for half the price elsewhere. It’s clear these folks are raking in the dosh, peddling courses at exorbitant rates. You end up with just a smidgeon of training that’s far from worth the hefty sum, and there’s no assurance of landing a job once it’s all said and done. Unless you happen to be called “MUG,” my advice is to steer clear of this nonsense. Save your pennies! Cheers, Ross.

Honestly, I can't quite understand all the commotion. Naturally, these businesses must deliver the services they offer in a proper manner, and what they provide ought to be fair. Not every company operates at peak performance, and each one has the right to choose their path, don’t you think? It's absurd to assume that they can simply dictate things to you!

This number seems to belong to an apprentice plumber or electrician.

Honestly, it’s hard to believe what we’ve gone through. All our cash has seemingly gone down the drain after finishing the course. To make matters worse, much of the study material is terribly outdated-some of it dates back to 2004, and we kicked off our studies in 2008! We're absolutely relieved we chose not to withdraw our application for uni this coming September. What a stroke of luck that turned out to be!
