He told me I was in the last year of a three-year deal and had already paid £145, but still owed the final amount. I told him I never signed up for any Sky Protect plan and never made any payments. He then said if I didn’t pay up, he’d pass me to the cancellation team. I repeated that I hadn’t paid anything and he just hung up on me.
