usually the prison's main office rings up first and makes sure its alright for the prisoner to phone your number.

A friend of mine got a call from this number and it was just constant hassle. He’s already going through some tough stuff mentally, so getting bugged like this just makes things worse for him while he's trying to sort his confidence out. This number is showing up from a place that's supposed to be safe, so I'd expect they wouldn’t allow this. Please put a stop to these calls, it's really not on. Thanks.
