I answered the phone and a woman called Beth was on the line. She claimed to be from HMRC and told me I hadn’t paid my taxes and that I could face arrest because of it. She kept urging me to settle the amount right away.

Someone called pretending to be from HMRC, saying I’ve dodged taxes and there’s a warrant for my arrest if I don’t settle up. They just cut the call right after that.
