Got a call that was obviously automated, sounded like one of those pre-recorded messages. The person said they were from HMRC and accused me of owing money for tax evasion. I just blocked the number straight away.

Got a call saying I’ve got some kind of warrant from HMRC and if I don’t press 1 to chat with the officer handling it, they’ll apparently come after me. Totally felt like a scam to me.
