Received a rather dubious call claiming to be from the Southampton City Council, insisting they had received a report about an accident involving us. The line was quite crackly, making it challenging to understand, and I noticed he spoke with an Indian accent. He introduced himself as Peter Pinchman and stated we were eligible for £4,000 each due to injuries sustained, but then asked for details about when this supposed accident took place. Upon pressing him for more specifics, he mentioned he had some information but required additional details. After informing Southampton City Council about this peculiar conversation, they were completely unaware of it and assured me they would investigate the matter. Quite suspicious, to say the least!
