Absolutely appalling behaviour! The individual was shockingly aggressive, throwing around foul language and making veiled threats. He claimed he’d disconnect all my phones and even my computer! I kept calling him back, deliberately keeping the line open so he couldn’t end the conversation. He flat-out refused to provide a number for me to verify anything. What a dreadful experience!
