I received a rather articulate call from a gentleman, who claimed to be from BT, warning me that my phone and internet service would be terminated today. He instructed me to press 1 and so forth. Naturally, I decided to terminate the call instead. It feels rather dodgy, especially since BT hasn’t communicated anything via email about such an issue.
