I received a call purporting to be from Microsoft. The caller insisted there was an issue with my computer and pressed me to install a specific application for them to access my PC remotely and sort it out.

This bloke kept ringing me over 10 times, claiming he worked for Microsoft. He kept saying my computer had some sort of issue and that he had to remotely access it. When I asked questions, he got quite aggressive and started threatening me, saying he could actually shut down my computer. Proper dodgy behaviour.
